A clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face is visible works best. Natural daylight photos are ideal. Avoid blurry or dark images — the better the photo, the better your portrait will look!

How long does it take to get my portrait?

Most custom portraits are completed within 3–5 business days. Once your portrait is ready, you'll receive a preview for approval before we finalize anything.

Can I request changes to my portrait?

Absolutely! We offer free revisions until you're completely happy with the result. Your satisfaction is our priority.

What file format will I receive for digital portraits?

Digital portraits are delivered as high-resolution PNG or JPG files, suitable for printing at home or at any print shop.

What sizes are available for canvas prints?

We offer a range of sizes from small (20x20 cm) to large (60x80 cm). Custom sizes are available on request — just contact us!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by location, typically 7–14 business days for international orders.

What if I'm not happy with my portrait?
