Products & Personalized Orders

Many PetArtHaus products are custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details before placing an order, including:

• Names
• Dates
• Spelling
• Colors
• Sizes
• Product options
• Custom text

Once a personalized order has entered production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Product images and previews are provided for reference. Slight differences in color, positioning, print appearance, or materials may occur due to screen settings, printing methods, manufacturing processes, or the characteristics of handmade and personalized products.

Artwork & Customer-Provided Content

By uploading photographs, text, names, artwork, or other content to PetArtHaus, you confirm that you have the right to use and submit that material for the purpose of creating your order.

You grant PetArtHaus and our production partners permission to use submitted content only as reasonably necessary to create, process, manufacture, and fulfill your order.

You are responsible for ensuring that submitted photographs and information are accurate and suitable for personalization.

Poor-quality, blurry, heavily cropped, dark, or low-resolution photos may affect the final result.

Artwork Previews & Approval

Some custom products may include a digital artwork preview before production.

If a preview is provided, customers are responsible for reviewing the artwork carefully before approval.

Once artwork has been approved and entered production, further changes may not be possible.

For products offering a live preview directly on the product page, the preview displayed and accepted by the customer before checkout is considered the customer's design approval.

Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice.

The price charged will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, unless there is an obvious pricing or technical error.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed.

We reserve the right to refuse, hold, or cancel an order if we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized payment activity, abuse, or a technical pricing error.

Any approved refund will be issued according to our Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping destinations, rates, estimated transit times, tracking information, and other delivery terms are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

PetArtHaus is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, holidays, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners, items from the same order may occasionally be shipped separately.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because personalized products may enter the design or production process quickly, customers should contact us as soon as possible if they need to change or cancel an order.

We recommend contacting us within 2 hours of placing the order.

We will do our best to accommodate requests, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once artwork creation or production has started.

Once a personalized product enters production, the order generally cannot be cancelled.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy.

Because custom and personalized products are made specifically for each customer, they are generally not eligible for return or exchange due to a change of mind.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us according to the instructions in our refund policy.

Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and current.

However, occasional errors may occur in product descriptions, pricing, availability, images, shipping information, or other website content.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel an affected order when reasonably necessary.
