Upload a clear, well-lit photo for each pet, with the face and ears visible.
Enter each name, write your message and, optionally, add memorial years.
Adjust each portrait and review your preview before adding to cart.
Your photo is used to create monochrome laser engraving; the source photo may appear in color in the personalization preview. Engraving contrast varies with the photo, lighting, and viewing angle.
Care and production
Wipe the crystal with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth. Allow approximately 4–5 business days for production before shipping. Delivery options and estimates are shown at checkout.

Is the pet photo printed or engraved? It is laser engraved inside the crystal; this listing is for an engraved crystal heart.
Can I add two pets from separate photos? Yes. Choose “2 Pets” and upload each pet’s photo in its own field, then enter both names.
Can I use a dog or cat photo? Yes, either works. Clear photos with visible eyes and ears give the best source detail.
Is a light base included? No, this is the freestanding version without an LED base.
Are the memorial years required? No. Leave the years field blank if you want only the portraits and names.
Can I change the message? Yes. Edit the Your Message field to add your own short inscription on one line.
