Orders can be modified within 2 hours after being placed, as long as artwork or production has not started.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Because each personalized item is made especially for you, custom products are not eligible for returns due to a change of mind. However, if there is a problem with your order, we will always do our best to resolve it.
