Checked before embroidery: After you place your order, our team will review your pet portrait and, where needed, refine the details and placement to prepare the final design for embroidery.

Orders can be modified within 2 hours after being placed, as long as artwork or production has not started.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Because each personalized item is made especially for you, custom products are not eligible for returns due to a change of mind. However, if there is a problem with your order, we will always do our best to resolve it.
